Wellness Wednesdays with Alice Berry

About

Please join us on June 17 at 5:30pm for the first in a series of online sessions: "Wellness Wednesdays with Alice Berry". Exploring the connections between mental wellness and creativity, these communal sessions will help participants establish a thorough understanding of how to manage their mood and mental health in this time of change, societal fear and upheaval. Each session will last for 45 minutes.

This online series is part of Threewalls expanding virtual offerings for our communities. An evolving response to these current times.

If you are interested in joining us, please register by Tuesday, June 16th. We will be hosting this session on Zoom. A link to join will be emailed to those who RSVP prior to the session.
